    They may seem calm, capable, and composed on the outside — while inside, things feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming.

About me

My name is Krisztina Szlezsuk, and I am a Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner. I work with mothers, teens, and adults who may appear composed and capable on the outside, yet feel overwhelmed, under-supported, or emotionally overloaded on the inside.

My work offers a confidential and grounded space for reflection, emotional processing, and clarity.

“Why This Work Matters to Me”

Throughout my life, I was the one who seemed to be ‘doing well’ — capable, responsible, calm. The one who held everything together for others. People like this are often overlooked because we appear to be functioning. But functioning doesn’t mean we’re not struggling.

But inside, there were moments where things felt overwhelming, confusing, or heavy — and I didn’t always have a place where I felt truly seen or understood.

I chose this field because I believe that noticing, naming, and understanding what we carry internally is essential to wellbeing — especially for those who are used to coping quietly and independently.

This work is not about crisis intervention. It is about preventative mental health support and restoring internal clarity.

I do not diagnose or provide clinical treatment. I provide structured emotional support, well-being guidance, and practical tools to foster internal balance and resilience.
